About SCET Surat
Sarvajanik College of Engineering & Technology is a private autonomous business school affiliated with Sarvajanik University. Established in 1995, B.Tech Admission at SCET Surat is offered on the basis GUJCET exam and done through the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB). SCET Surat offers 15 courses and twelve departments, and Ph.D. courses to students across various Engineering and Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & Management streams. SCET located in the heart of the city presently enrolls more than 2000 students in various disciplines of Engineering and MCA where-in they run 10 UG courses and 5 PG courses. All UG and PG courses are affiliated with Gujarat Technological University (GTU), Chandkheda. Since 1995 it continuously keeps on upgrading its resources in terms of its human as well as infrastructure. The SCET Surat UG course offers B.Tech and B.Arch course which includes GUJCET. All the courses from the academic year 2021-22 will be affiliated with Sarvajanik University. Apart from the UG program, SCET Surat offers PG-level courses, such as M.Tech, MCA, and a Ph.D. program in engineering at the doctorate level. Admissions to the MCA program are done on the basis of the GCET, and GATE scores, while Ph.D. admissions are based on the UGC-NET exam conducted by the institute. SCET Surat is taking a lead role in developing Training & Placement related activities of the south Gujarat region with the help of GTU- ITAP Cell. It is acting as a single point of contact for companies to help them for recruitment of Engineers, pharmacists, MBA, M.Sc., B.Sc. Diploma etc. It is providing infrastructure and resources for the conduction of pool campus recruitment drives for students of about 40 colleges from Baroda to Vapi for different disciplines. SCET Surat Courses and Admission 2025
The modes of Sarvajanik College of Engineering & Technology course admissions 2023 are online and offline. Admission to various courses is based on entrance exams and merit. At the PG level, SCET Surat offers a two-year full-time M.E/M.Tech and MCA, four-year full-time B.E/B.Tech, and four-year B.Arch courses to students. The full-time B.E/B.Tech SCET Surat course is offered in around ten specializations. The college also offers Ph.D. courses to students. Sarvajanik College of Engineering & Technology offers admission to undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. SCET Surat admission to UG courses is based on the GUJCET exam and done through the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB). Sarvajanik College of Engineering & Technology admission to PG courses is offered based on Common Entrance Test (CET), (GATE/GPAT) followed by a personal interview. Applications will be invited by way of advertisement. On the basis of applications received committee nominated by Veer Narmad South Gujarat University will finalize the SCET Surat Admissions.
